Ottimo
Signora molto accogliente e disponibile. Posto ottimo con parcheggio auto davanti l alloggio. Camere pulite e bagno ok. Ce la possibilità di avere anche un letto nella camera Noemi in più. Posto tv. Comodo in tutto. Si dorme senza alcun rumore la notte. Consigliato a tutti.

Shameful! COCKROACHES in the room
I always hate to give negative reviews, but in this case I can't help but do so.
We stayed in this b&b from 22nd to 28th August. Once we arrived, let's say that I wasn't 100% satisfied with the "cleanliness" of the room because there was a lot of dust both above the wardrobe and above the toilet, as well as on the TV. The tablecloths we found were also stained and behind the doors there were large cobwebs with spiders attached... probably with blood and therefore they had not been washed well (despite the fact that dirty linen is regularly taken to the laundry. Precisely for this reason I cannot explain the what ♀️). Despite my dissatisfaction I decide not to complain, I buy the cleaning products at the supermarket and tidy everything up myself.
A few days pass and the worst moment arrives, in addition to some ants, there are COCKROACHES in the room! Yes gentlemen,
If you want to stay at the Comets, be aware that you will find cockroaches in your room!!!!!!!!! The owner of the house, who never showed up (and this is precisely the problem, that is, that she is totally absent from the structure), tells me first of all that there have never been cockroaches and that it can happen being on the floor
Ground…. However, he promises me that the next day he will have the room cleaned (3rd day) and above all that he will have it SANITIZED...... I don't know what people mean by the term "sanitization". Having said this, the next day

bb comodo
all'interno di una palazzina si trova questo appartamento di 3 camere adibito a bb. ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, il bb si trova molto vicino all'uscita autostradale in zona piuttosto tranquilla. la camera gode di una recente ristrutturazione con tutti i comfort necessari. colazione sufficiente, in autonomia.

Хороший вариант в соотношении "цена/качество" в Реджо-ди-Калабрии.
Останавливался в номере под названием "Rita". В номере чисто, сантехника работала исправно. Окна выходили во внутренний дворик. Номер и весь B&B располагается на первом этаже ("первый" в том понимании, в каком это считается в России). К услугам постояльцев кофе-машина и холодильник в общей кухне. Так же имеется работающий Wi-Fi.
До станции Reggio Calabria Lido, а, значит, и до набережной, можно дойти пешком за 12 минут. Вокруг много мест, где можно пообедать и поужинать, а так же два супермаркета и рынок.
Владельцы заведения очень доброжелательные люди, не оставляющие без ответа ни одно обращение клиентов. Стоит так же отметить, что меня отвезли в аэропорт утром. Это было очень кстати.
Пожалуй, единственное, что не понравилось - это отсутствие звукоизоляции. Но это проблема не отдельно взятого B&B, а всего здания. Но после того, как съехали шумные соседи, то и стало потише. Разве что какой-то кот орал каждую ночь. Но у меня у самого есть кот, я привык.

Eccellente pulizia e posizione
Ho pernottato in questo b&b solo una notte, la pulizia è ottima, la camera davvero spaziosa e confortevole con accesso ad un terrazzino. C'è buona possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. La posizione è strategica, nelle immediate vicinanze del consiglio regionale e a pochi minuti a piedi dall'università
