No donuts in this world even come close to being as good as Stan's. However, you have to act fast and be ready to wait in line. It's always worth it in the end though.

Flipping amazing donuts. The glazed are doughy and so fresh. They're heavier than Krispy Kreme.

This place is amazing, and you're almost certainly going to find a line. Granted, we went on a weekend--once on a mid-Saturday afternoon and it was crazy busy, and then early Sunday afternoon and it was still busy enough for a line. This is a donut shop that started out in California and opened up a shop in Chicago. Probably the best glazed donut I've had, and they have unique donuts as well, various different bismarks (I had the captain crunch one) and old fashioned, including with pistachios, or toffee, or--well, the list goes on, and it would be hard to make a choice.
