Quite simply, some of the best food available for public consumption in the entire area. Gorgeous restaurant, superb menu selection, and all made with locally sourced ingredients from local suppliers. I would like to add this to my list of places I want to stay for next time I visit Exeter!

This spot has been open for years! The pub atmosphere is wonderful and the food is delicious. I went for the fish and chips and I was not disappointed. I'm on a quest to find the best fish and chips in the UK and so far this one has made my top three!

This gastro-pub restaurant is situated on the outskirts of Exeter in a peaceful country setting. The Jack in the The Green prides itself on the fact that none of the ingredients used come form more than a few miles away. Fresh and innovative, the dishes are artistically presented. I had the pancetta wrapped in chicken breast and its was super-tasty and wonderfully tender. An alfresco beer garden is perfect for warm sunny days.
