This beach may not be as well known as Watergate Bay or Fistral, but honestly in summer those are very crowded and loud, Mawgan Porth beach is great. A large flat sandy beach with 2 cafes, 1 pub, 2 convenience stores and crazy golf within 50m of the beach. You can either sit on the dunes and look out over the sea or relax on the beach and enjoy a splash in the water. Not forgetting King Surf, surf school, which is fantastic and all of the instructors are friendly and great teachers :)
