Had to pay the only restaurant awarded three-michelin star in Singapore a visit. So I celebrated by birthday recently at Joel Robuchon. The main course was good, I had lobster and steak. The dessert menu was so exhaustive I would have love to try everything but it was almost impossible. The decor was spot-on. However the service probably needed some fine-tuning given the premium we pay. Some of the other food had some hits and misses. I would think the dining scene in Europe seems to be more refined and polished.
