You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Outdoor Pool is closed from Wed 10 Sept 2025 until Thu 30 Apr 2026 A damage deposit of CHF 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets may accompany you during your stay at FIVE Zurich for a fee of CHF 40 per pet, per night. It’s now easier than ever to get to FIVE Zurich! We also provide private parking at FIVE Zurich. For guests visiting the hotel, a charge of CHF10 applies for every 3 hours and for 24 hours overnight parking, a charge of CHF 30 applies Please note that children under 16 are allowed under supervision from 10am-12pm to our SPA and Indoor pool. "Complimentary shuttle service is available upon request and subject to availability, picking you up from Triemli and Schweighof stations.
