very convenient location. there are local supermarkets closeby to buy water, food, etc. The place is very clean and if you have any questions, they answer it timely in whatsapp.
Washing machine is a plus so you can wash dirty clothes during your trip. Detergent is provided. well-maintained facilities in a safe neighborhood!

Excellent apartments! We (4 adults) stayed at the hotel for a week.
1. Location. Nearby there is a subway, McDonald's and several excellent shops where you can buy quality food. It is convenient to get to different points of the city on this metro line. Very quiet street.
2. The apartment has everything you need for life, including gels, shampoos, disposable slippers, towels, mini kitchen and kitchenware. There is even powder and detergents.
3. I really liked the ventilation system in the bathroom, which works in different modes, including heating in the shower and drying clothes (it came in handy after washing). The only thing I would like to ask you to add to the clothes dryer holder to hang socks.
4. Convenient self-registration.
The next time we come to Osaka, we will definitely stay here.

Very good stay; location is a bit far for the price we paid, but cannot complain given this is the peak time

located in a convenient and quiet neighbourhood. a 20mins walk to a direct station that brings you to kansai airport, that’s a plus point for me. no room cleaning so if you stay for long, you might want to consider that. there is a laundry machine & kitchen free for you which I enjoyed. would recommend the hosts to include more amenities like Air Freshener Spray and Iron/ Clothes Steamer if possible!

We apologize for any confusion caused during your stay. In order not to disturb your daily rest, we will not provide additional cleaning services during your stay. Orders staying for more than four nights can enjoy one free room cleaning service. Other situations require additional payment to enjoy. We also have brooms and small vacuum cleaners prepared. If you need them, please contact us in a timely manner and we can provide them for free. There is no iron or air freshener in the room, but there are irons and air cleaners available for rent in the apartment. If you need them, you can contact us online at any time. Our local staff will work from 9-18 pm. As long as you contact us, we will do our best to solve your problem so that you can use the iron in a timely manner. We hope you will visit our homestay again, and we will provide you with better service. Thank you again for your stay and feedback. I hope to have the opportunity to meet you again next time.

This is a lovely clean unit in a quiet area. The location was down narrow streets and a walk away from public transport. We usually used an Uber because shared amoung the 3 of us it was more costs effective and certainly time effective. Loved the washing machine and the set up in the bathroom to dry our clothes. Brilliant!
