Questo appartamento si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Playa del Carmen. Sei un tipo sportivo? Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove puoi lasciare il tuo veicolo per raggiungere in 11 minuti a piedi Plaza Las Americas. Sei un tipo sportivo, ma comunque in vacanza preferisci il massimo relax? Guidando per 10 minuti potrai arrivare nei dintorni di Spiaggia principale di Playa del Carmen. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. The room was well equipped with free tea/coffee, fridge, fan and hairdryer and bed was clean and comfy. Hotel itself could do with a bit of an upgrade but it was still a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel, right in the center of Newcastle. The location was perfect for easily reaching everything in the city. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the swimming pool wasn’t working last night, and the hot tub wasn’t quite warm enough, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this exact room February 2024.
On that trip the curtains and tops pf the walls/picture rails were thick with dust and they are still exactly the same.
There are cracked bathroom tiles, damaged bath panels and taps that need tightening. This was the same in February 2024.
Size of the room is decent but could do with shelves or drawers for clothing.
Housekeeping staff were pleasant and kept us topped up.
I appreciate its an old room but it does feel grotty.
We only stay for the use of the pool.

A really great hotel to stay at to explore Newcastle City - right at the train & Metro station and with many pubs and restaurants within walking distance - also walk to Grey's Monument, Grainger Market, Newcastle cathedral & the Castle

Great staff & fab service. Location is unbeatable.
Hotel is not new and a little jaded around the edges but has a lot of charm and reminiscent of a bygone age (in a good way 😀)
