A beautiful place with excellent people, breakfast according to the price, very good service, fully recommended surely

Fully recommended we will come back without a doubt, we feel at home , the very attentive staff both the maids and the reception and service at the 5 star breakfast, a place serca everything with an excellent view, if you are looking to have a good time I recommend it.

Divine!!

Highly recommended! Beautiful place, in addition to the comfort of its facilities, highlights the excellent friendliness of the staff. Facilities include swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, children's play area, good breakfast! Ideal environment for rest!! I recommend!

Definitely the best place

Everything perfect, the room, pool, place, comfort and amazing breakfast with the very friendly cook, I'll be back in about. The concierge very friendly, very comfortable, the truth, I had a great time, and also beachfront. You can't ask for more

Very bad experience! Fourth!

The first time I went was in September 2008, at that time everything was fine, it seemed like a nice place, since then I have returned several more times, where the quality has been dropping year after year. This last time not only the lack of basic things like towels and decent pillows, but they did not have two identical glasses, glasses of cottage cheese! The only air in the entire apartment was in the bedroom, the second bedroom that it says you have is a bunk in the hallway (it is not a bedroom!) The ventilation is a minimal window, not to mention the curtains that let in as much light as if you were outside (at 6 o'clock everyone is awake because the black out is broken and there are no blinds). But what surpassed everything was that they wanted to charge me for my partner's daughter who was going to go only one night, to sleep on a futon, an extra thousand pesos, but since she was staying from Saturday night to Sunday afternoon When we all left (and for what we had paid for the apartment) the extra that had been agreed upon increased to two thousand because it was a day and a half (it was not fifteen hundred, which would be normal, but two thousand, as if it were two days). When I told what I think is the owner, that such a figure did not correspond because it was not what they had told me and that the agreed price should no longer be changed at her whim, she told me that I wanted to stay for free, yes, That's how misplaced her comment was, among other nonsense lacking an argument like: "a thousand pesos don't make me richer", discrediting my claim, but if it doesn't make her richer, because she was committing something that is not right, which is charge me an extra fee after having received the service that was not agreed upon? Apparently it does make a difference. Anyway, I will never go back! For what they offer, the price is not correct! It's unfortunate that instead of trying to be better they settle for being "the least bad" because when you complained about the dirt in the pool, they responded "there are worse ones around the corner and like this one you won't find a clean one." Oh and not to mention that they didn't give me a ticket because they are exempt from VAT but they still have to register it with DGI. All very disastrous, to say that it is fourth class is an understatement!
Many greetings to the poor employees who not only treat them badly, but also know that they are cannon fodder to cover up the shortcomings of the management, because those who make the mistakes, for example in my case, it was the night employee who is calm and it's new (yes, the night watchman is the receptionist and he checks you in!), all very top of the line!

Very dissatisfied. Room smell like sewage. There were no bug screen on windows for us to allow windows to remain open to ventilate space. Electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom, kitchen fan was not working. And at checkout the lady accused us of tearing the fabric window curtains. We tried to explain they were like that when walked in. And she said she doubted that. And was rude about it. Mattress were so thin you could feel the wooden boards
