Nice stay

Always been great to stay at Best Western Plus Buda . Clean , convenient location and great staff , Safe .Breakfast and coffee is great , we used this location in past when we are in area and it’s always been great stay . We will be back again . Thank you

This hotel was very nice and clean. I have no issues there. my biggest issue was that the walls are not soundproof. Both neighbors on each side of me were incredibly loud. Especially the ones who were having their "fun" at night,.I shouldn't be able to dictacte your conversation. I was really pleased with its location to where I needed to be for the weekend. I recommend the Taco place if you need a fast quick bitem

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Community brand coffee on demand 24/7. Would have preferred pool to be outdoor.

Mosquiti Laerva / Blood Sheet / Partial Refund?

Hold on for the ride....
Upon arrival I was given the wrong room of which I had already paid for in Full. Im a very easy going guy, so i brushed it off as I just had to get to sleep ASAP for work in the morning. I then find out my sheets had blotches of blood (You could tell how the stain seems to coagulate). and when I went to the shower, there was a "wriggler" (MOSQUITO LARVAE) alive and well. I then proceeded to the front desk where I could not change rooms as they were sold out and was given new sheets and notated down for Hiren Patel, to review. I went back up, and proceeded to do the JOB they should of done before I got here. SO I CLEANED THE ROOM AND BATHROOM MYSELF. FUN.
The following day, Hiren Patel, instructed his female staff to offer me $30 for my $97 "stay". Absolutely insulted by this "negotiation" offer, I respectfully informed the rep that I will be in contact with Hiren Patel, and to not take my frustration directed towards her, but the manager hiding behind his front desk staff (being I worked hospitality 5 star for 5 years, we come from the same hierarchy structure).
After contacting through email to express my the spit in the face of an offer, I further detailed and sent a photo of the wriggler in question, and was promptly sent a "Dear Guest" scripted email to up the offer to $50. I accepted but still let my discontent known.
They want to offer me effectively a $45 room instead of a 5 star handing of a situation, I will treat it as such.
This was a 1 star $45 stay at best.
Naomi and Other front desk staff, thank you for your professionalism.
Hiren Patel, I hope the cost price tactic at "making things whole" was worth degrading your company further and losing a rewards member.

Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and the fact that you had to address these issues yourself is completely unacceptable. Please know that we have addressed this matter with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that thorough inspections are being conducted to prevent this from happening again.
Regarding the initial room assignment error and the refund process, we understand how frustrating this must have been. We appreciate your patience in addressing this with our team, and we regret that our resolution did not meet your expectations. While we always strive to resolve concerns in a fair and timely manner, we acknowledge that this situation could have been handled better.
We do, however, appreciate your recognition of Naomi and our other front desk staff for their professionalism. Our team works hard to provide great service, and your kind words mean a lot to them.
We value your feedback and take it seriously as we work to improve the experience for all our guests. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced, and we truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Good stay

One night stay on our way south. We are Diamond BW members and received no welcome or water when checking in. (not a big deal) Small room and bathroom, very thin walls. The hotel was difficult to find and to drive into. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was bright and appeared to be new or redone recently, typical breakfast. It was okay for one night. Appeared to be a step down from the usual Best Westerns.
