A fantastic suite experience!

Easy to arrive by BRT 300 from the airport. Check in process was smooth and Allyson explained well about the property after knowing it was our first visit to Sheraton Suites Calgary.
The suite was nice and clean. It has everything we need. Also, our room was just next to the Club Lounge, which was convenient for us as well. Housekeeper politely asked if turn down service was needed and provided extra water for us. We were also surprised when a small plate of macaroons was set at the room with a welcoming note from the GM, which was a heartwarming touch for us.
The Club Lounge was another amazing piece of our stay. The design was modern and the vibe was comfortable and welcoming. The night appetizers was delicious in both nights, especially the dessert. Breakfast also had a lot of choices and weekend even has 4 hot food items. Thanks to Joyce, Katrina, Mai, Sion, Song and TG taking care us during our stay and made it like home.
Same price with all suite experience, nothing can beat this property.

Not worth the price. The photos make the place look like luxury. It is not at all. The rooms are very small and dated. We had a horrible parking experience. Our vehicle did not fit in the parkade so we parked outside on the property, which we have done in similar situations in Whistler and Vancouver. The other option was street parking.They charged us $50 for valet parking and the hotel staff said we could park there. They came and knocked on the door when we were putting the kids to bed asking us to move our vehicle even though we had paid $50 and told us it was okay. The next day the manager yelled at us for parking our vehicle there and threatened to have it towed even though we were in the process of moving it. They hounded us the rest of the stay even when we were loading our three kids (one baby) into the vehicle. Not accommodating at all.
The food, the pool were good and the beds were comfy which made up for the rest of the stay.

We always enjoy the two queen bed suite on our annual trip with our grandchildren

Very nice hotel and suites. However the pool area was not so enjoyable. The hottub/jacuzzi has next to no rule. Parents let their toddlers jump everywhere and splash other guests in the hottub with no mention in the rules that parent supervision is required and that the jacuzzi is meant for relaxing/adults/older children. 3-4 years old using the gym as a play area. Maybe consider adding a glass door between pool and jacuzzi area or consider specific later hours with no kids allowed.

The Aging Lady

This once perfect hotel has aged and not gracefully in some aspects. Was told my room was not ready on the club floor, granted it was 3:30pm but I was told could have a handicap club room right away and the only difference would be the shower.
WORST shower I have ever had in hotel, water all over the place, carpets were in bad shape and overall, not one piece of furniture could be found with our damage to it. The floor was so uneven that the desk chair would roll away. I am just flabbergasted at the quality degrade of this hotel which I have stayed at many times.
Club lounge was very nice, and all employees are very guest experience orientated except the liar who checked me in. Restaurant and lobby all very nice and of course one of the better locations downtown.
