an INCREDIBLE experience in the heart of DC
My girlfriend (now Fiancé) and I stopped by late May 25 for a quick local trip, where I planned to propose . Lemlem was instrumental in making this experience a 5 star stay - she went above and beyond in making sure everything went perfectly and gave me and my fiancé an experience we will never forget. Service was impeccable and the room was outstanding. I highly recommend staying at the Waldorf and especially working with Lemlem - who represents the best parts of the hospitality industry

Amazing staff
I stayed at Waldorf for business but based on this experience, i will be definitely returning with my family. Roman at the front desk was very pleasant, Maria at the checkout helped me with my receipt and was very patient. Special mention to Aleks who remembered my name and greeted me everyday. Rooms are very clean and specious and the restaurant Peacock alley has very good food. I cant wait to bring my family back to Waldorf

If you can afford to spoil yourself, this is the spot!
Just finished four night stay over Memorial Day Weekend. Have to say, this is probably the finest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are amazing! Gorgeous!!
And the service matched the beauty. From the very beginning, every person we encountered was delightful. Alexsandar at the registration desk is top notch. A different level of customer service. Upgraded our room, in recognition of my Hilton Diamond status. Then, proceeded to know us by name, every time we passed.
The bar is fantastic as well. Everyone very friendly and accommodating. Jared, too, called us by name when we had our evening nightcap(s).
Highly recommend this landmark hotel. Walking distance to all the major attractions was another bonus.
