Service above and beyond
The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Jackie helped me with adding an early check in the day before I arrived and gave me advice on parking.
A lovely lady, whose name I didn't get, didn't bat an eye when a slightly drunk me asked on Sunday evening, if they were still doing food 5 minutes before the kitchen closed and even checked to see if I wanted dessert.
The staff are amazing here.
I'm definitely booking here for next year's Foolhardy Folk Festival.

Lovely stay in Nottingham
We were on the ground floor and experienced NO noise disturbance during our 3 day stay. 5 star cleanliness and room cleaned to a very high standard on request.
Breakfasts were a highlight; great quality vegan sausages and vegan bacon cooked to order; lots of other choices available.
Didn’t get all the staff names, but credit to all of them, including Adam, Ruby and Liv.
Would also recommend the restaurant meals( great value for money) and the lovely Costa conveniently situated within the hotel.
Tram stops outside the hotel, which is also within easy walking distance of city centre shops, restaurants.
Looking forward to my next visit!

Convenient location.
I was able to walk to Victoria Centre from the hotel and I was abe to go to the Arboretum for a stroll in the morning, it is 3 minutes from the hotel.
