Moosach Exit D turn right. Walk 1 minute to hotel. staff is ok.Check out is easy.

The room was cozy, quiet and clean. I would also like to mention that the hotel adjusted the air conditioning, so while the control was set to the minimum, the actual temperature was much higher, as if there were no air conditioning at all. It could be just a coincidence, but the exact same thing happened at another B&B hotel in Naples a couple of weeks later.

Room is new and clean.
but no refrigerator. it is good to take low cost and minimum equipment for stay.
no shower curtain.
Moosach is very convenient because end station of tram and S bahn. There is big supermarket, cafe and drugstore.
