Great little hotel in Innsbruck

A delightful boutique like hotel just a 5 minute walk over the bridge directly to the old town of Innsbruck. Great position. Secure parking was only 2mins walk away too. Our room was fab. The hotel is in an old building. Our room and shower room were stylish, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The owner and her team were charming. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel. Liz K

A feel-good place in the middle of Innsbruck

We found a very pleasant place where we spontaneously felt comfortable. Not least because we did not miss TV or minibar. The Faktorei is a historical building designed with a lot of feeling. It is located on a quiet street directly on the Inn and close to the old town. Carefully selected, natural materials and an interior that harmonizes very well with the old building fabric create a pleasant environment. The extremely hospitable service of Anja Janus and her attentive team, the wonderful breakfast with local specialties and discreet music made us think goodbye: It's worth coming back.

Charming Pension in the Heart of the City

Beautiful Inn in the heart of Innsbruck, furnished with great charm, all amenities (even parking) and a very friendly team. The reception at 9pm with bottles of fresh water was very appreciated. We can put the car down and enjoy the stay. Thank you for everything

Chic, very friendly, great location

The boss and all the staff are very friendly and generous. Breakfast was a great experience. Chic rooms in a very stylish and practically converted (very old) house. Rooms with a nice little balcony to chill out on.

Very Hot!

I wanted to love this hotel, but I couldn’t. There is no air conditioning so the room was extremely hot. The bed was on a second floor loft, which made it even hotter. Also, we could hear our neighbors very clearly through the walls. There was no coffee in the rooms and coffee in the cafe downstairs was pretty pricey. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately it’s lack of AC and amenities would make me look elsewhere next time I was in Innsbruck.
