I only spend 2 night but I really like this hotel. Clean room, very nice breakfast very kind people

I really want to thanks the team of this hotel because they are honest people
I forgotten my Chopard watch in my room on my check out day and only realised after 3 weeks when I returned home that I left it there
I called the reception of the hotel who ask me some question like my room number during my stay, date of arrival and departure ,my name to make sure that I really stayed in the hotel and the comfirm that the found my watch and I send someone to collect it after more than a month.
I really trust the team of this hotel and recommend people to feel safe while in this property
Thanks again to Mister Emir who acted professionally

A bunch of awesome beautiful people who work with passion and care to make you feel special and safe.

Very impressed with the customer service at this hotel. Everyone is so kind and lovely. One of the most special experiences for me is coming back to my room and being greeted by the lovely Ebru and Golsen telling me, with the most beautiful smiles, that my room has been cleaned and is ready for me. Such pure loving women who do their job with passion and grace. It's obvious the management care about human values and have a great moral compass and principles. Here you are treated with true care that comes from the heart. The hotel is beautiful, smells lovely and is very very clean. I am very grateful

perfect hotel in İstanbul city center.

The hôtel is very located :very close to Zorlu shopping center, 10mn walking distance to metro line M2 for the city, U direct line for Istanbul airport and Metrobus line that goes all the way from asian side to european side of İstanbul.
The lobby is very confortable and pleasant. Rooms are very clean.
Breakfast is good, the sraff is very friendly and helpful.

Room and staff

Really nice house keeper, wonderful experience and very clean, thorough cleaning and nice staff called songul ( house keeping) as well as the security and reception, new rooms and very peaceful

Great family vacation

Clean, comfortable, family-friendly hotel. Located next to a busy road but the rooms are well isolated and quiet. Special thanks to Münevver for the always spotless rooms.
