Spent a few days there during our stay in Santiago

Great location next to metro and walking distance to the restaurant and bar areas, quiet enough, very clean, confortable room, spacious and a very helpful host speaking better english than we do spanish.We highly recommend the place

Avoid this place.

they sell share rooms as private. Far from everything. Rude owner. Does not speak English at all. I was 4 to find other accomodation. It is just a hostel with in a dangereous area. But breakfest was good.

Excellent place

Affordable price, super clean, comfortable beds and awesome bar downstairs. Hosts are really nice and helpful. Recommended 100%. Also best location in providencia near manuel montt metro station. The people at the bar treated me like one of them and had an awesome time while there.

PESIMO LUGAR, NO IR

Tiene una ubicación excelente, pero el lugar es muy oscuro de ambiente pesado. Una vez en la habitación me entregan una con la cama con manchas blancas, las paredes con hoyos, los cables a la vista, y un ventanal que daba a una bodega sin techo (todo activo no utilizado estaba en ese lugar)
No lo recomiendo, la dueña muy grosera con los pasajeros.

Pésima experiencia

Llegué en la noche a Santiago y tuve que buscar un hostel de emergencia para pasar la noche, el lugar tiene mal olor por los gatos, huele a orine de gato, la dueña una señora grosera, le pedí de favor me prestase un cargador porque el mío no era compatible con los toma corrientes del país y me dijo que no, porque así se le habían perdido muchos.
En la recepción por la mañana no había nadie que ayude a pedir un taxi.
El único que se portó amable fue el host Álvaro.
No llegaría de nuevo ni pagada a este lugar.
