Great hotel experience ! Staff was really helpful and smiling . Location was so so but close to all the metro .

Actually it was the nightmare. First it started with arguing regarding deposit. Omg what deposit??? And the fault is on the side of Trip.com as there wasn’t clearly written and visible that. If so then I would never choose it. And the place was so old, bed small to me as I’m 186cm tall I can’t comfortably stretch my self. And the worst nightmare was the service. On the reception was a woman probably from Philippines who pretended she doesn’t understand English. And she was so rude, calling me in Chinese f…g bad…d as many other bad words. She thinks I don’t understand her but I keep calm. I don’t suggest anyone to visit this place.

First, the web shows clearly that there are $200 deposit at the time you check in and will be refunded at the time you check out.
Second, the rooms are very small in Hong Kong which is known by worldwide I believed. If you have some expectation for the room size and room environment, you should read clearly at the details shown online. The size and photo show online will help you to solve your question.
Finally, the staffs cannot speak English in the reception, so they are not pretended not to understand.

Have stayed here twice since 2017 and will likely stay here again. Meets all of a solo traveler's basic needs. Location is great.

How uncomfortable that was? Hong Kong is very small, but the population and land price are very high. Therefore, the space is very crowd. Hope customers understanding this point. What you pay what you get! We do believe there were many customers satisfied our place and service as you can find in comments.

Small but very clean room. Everything new. Don't need to care about HK type of sockets, they prepared everything, very nice. Outside little bit noisy but windows protect enough. I'd back to stay there again, tnx
