brand new place on the Romanian seaside
This is something very new therefore not yet popular place on the Romanian seaside. Can be a gem, depending what you're looking for.
As this year we did not have budget restrictions and wanted a lot of space for the family, we have chosen this place to spend the summer holiday.
The place was meant to be a business building but got transformed in an apart-hotel. I believe it was a good choice.
Apartments are huge, over 100 sqm each I suppose, with huge balcony which offers some view to the sea, depending on which floor you are.
The area is quiet, some street noise can enter in rooms on the same side as the entrance.
Apartment furnishings are very modern, there is a high quality internet connection and a kitchen fitted with fridge, washing machine and cocking place. Kitchen ware is limited, don't expect that you'll be able to do complicated things. Just the basics.
Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge circular balcony and a living room with a kitchen.
Reception people are young and helpful, basically there is no complicated things in Eforie, the hotel being on the end of the main street so you cannot get lost.
Beach access is max 10 min walking.
There are a miriad of restaurants in even closer vicinity.
Parking can be an issue, meaning that the underground parking is limited, but depending on the day , you may find parking space on the side of the road in front of the hotel.
Overall we have been please with the experience, most probably we will return in the next years.

big apartment, not luxorious
I was there with my family in July 2016. Surprisingly the kitchen was not full equipped: no coffee machine/filter, no microwave, no pans, bows or knife to cut (e.g.) bread, no dishwasher. I was very disappointed to not have tools to cook. The service is provided every 3 days, including refreshing towels. The apartment is huge but feels empty.One of the 2 bedrooms does not have airco.

It could have been a good experience, but..
First it is very difficult to find the place, as the gps sends you in another direction. You are very far from the seaside, even though they say is 50meters. The place is situated in a very noisy and crowded area, but the noise doesn't follow you inside. The building was initially designed as an apartment to be sold. But they changed the destination and you will find very very big rooms and living. The place looks very luxurious. But the reception people are not very friendlly. We had a bad experience because our car was stuck inside the parking, another car was blocking the entrance and with the kids in the car we were not able to leave the underground parking. The people from Samali did nothing. They didn't helped us with calling the Police or with finding us a car to take us from there. The place was cleaned every three days! And they didn't clean also the dishes! It could be a great place but the people taking care of the place don't have much education in the tourism domain.

Grande fregatura. Personale arrogante è molto sporco
Appartamento molto spazioso, però nello stesso tempo i servizi non ci sono . Ad entrata mi hanno detto che si la pulizia nelle camere una volta ogni tre giorni. Dopo 4 giorni, sono scesa alla reception per richiedere quello che era dovuto, però dopo 3 volte la richiesta è stata accettata nel quarto giorno. Il pagamento si fa subito ad entrata nel residence. Così, se ti lamenti, ti dicono di non venire più nel loro hotel. Interruttori sporchi, addirittura di pomodoro, tavoli in vetro E i vetri sporchissimi.Nel soggiorno il divano era tutto rotto. Così è un appartamento di lusso
Ho pagato la bellezza € 1400 dal1-08 agosto,3 persone un appartamento premier,però valeva 300€. Non per lo spazio, ma per i servizi offerti. Anzi, avendo la macchina grossa , mi hanno detto che per quanto riguardano le pulizie, non li fanno perché ho occupato un posto e 1/2.
Prima di venire qua ho telefonato 5/6 volte chiedendoli e dandoli le misure della macchina per non avere problemi. Mi hanno assicurato che non c’era problema. Sconsigliato veramente. Soldi buttati via. Molto sporco e si scusano che non hanno personale . Quando prendono i soldi ad ingresso nel residence non sai nemmeno cosa ti aspetta. Personale della reception incapace e arrogante. Anzi ti minacciano a non tornare da loro perché li dai fastidio. Tutto quanto dopo che hanno preso i soldi.
Sconsigliato da tutti i punti di vista

Odradzam
Obiekt położony przy głównej ulicy Eforie Nord. Ma to swoje dobre strony - wszędzie w miarę blisko. Do morza około 10 - 20 minut. Złe strony ujawniają się wieczorem. Na tarasie (skądinąd bardzo dużym) wysiedzieć nie można, bowiem zewsząd dochodzi ryk muzyki z sąsiednich dyskotek. Biorąc pod uwagę specyfikę rumuńskiej muzyki rozrywkowej stwarza to kociokwik trudny do wytrzymania. Brak serwisu - śmieci z kosza usuwa się wystawiając worek na korytarz. Pościel nie była zmieniana. Plusem są duże pomieszczenia mieszkalne.
