Mi è piaciuta la posizione strategica, vicino ai trasporti per Miami Beach e downtown. A piedi si può arrivare al bellissimo bayfront Park e al suo piccolo centro commerciale. Piscina piacevole (vasca idromassaggio con temperatura decisamente troppo alta). La porta del bagno in cui c’era solo il water si chiudeva male. Non mi è piaciuta la poca cordialità e disponibilità dello staff alla reception (il check-in e check-out si fa in modalità self service) che non ti saluta neanche quando rientri ed è poco propenso ad offrirti aiuto o consigli (sembra anche scocciato di fornirti informazioni sull’hotel stesso). Tariffa resort obbligatoria senza una motivazione, dovrebbero darti la possibilità di scegliere se vuoi usufruire dei lettini in spiaggia (non tutti li vogliono) o no. In camera c’era una borsa con asciugamani che si poteva usare per andare al mare, ma a pagamento!!! Almeno la includessero nella tariffa resort!!!!!
Assenza di un armadio in stanza e di due comodini. Non c’era la possibilità di aprire neanche un minimo la finestra (non dava la possibilità agli asciugamani o costumi di asciugarsi neanche dopo giorni).
Bella struttura, ma veramente si perde in queste cose davvero essenziali.

This property had great amenities, like roof top deck with pool, hot tub, and bar. Downstairs also had a bar and food options. Close to the port and the Bayside Market. Restaurants, bars, convenience stores are all a short walk. An extra perk is the beach towels and voucher for free beach chairs at one of the local beaches a short drive away.

I was a bit disappointed in our room. First of all, we had only 2 small bath towels, no face cloths and no hand towels. We had to visit the desk and ask to have someone bring us some. There was nowhere to put our clothes. No closet and no dresser. We basically lived out of our suitcase. The toilet and the shower were in separate small rooms right next to each other with frosted glass walls separating them. There was no privacy trying to step into the shower nor when you came out to dress. I am not a prude but most people especially when you are with a friend like privacy when finishing up
from a shower. I was disappointed in the room especially for what the cost was. I don't think I will use this hotel again as there are other hotels much better.
