Property looks clean great and wonderful just as in the pictures
I booked a tour of some of the rooms to make sure it was good for an upcoming event. Based on recent reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. The rooms I was shown were clean wonderful nice everything just as in the pictures. The lighting seemed fine to me, I'm not sure what other people are talking about. Definitely nice rooms friendly staff, going to give them Five Stars based on my tour and review of the property with one of the managers. Thanks a lot!

what a disappointment
I’m used to top notch quality from W hotels. This one is an exception. The room was very dirty and in disrepair, cracked and leaking sink, mold in shower, tv didn’t work, very poor cleaning and worn furniture. The restaurant menu is lacking. Meatball sandwich was quite horrible; don’t order it! Very poor check in experience. Good location.

Disappointing
The only solid thing was the sauna. The service was terrible. The TVs don’t work. We had someone come up to reset the TV two times but still was glitching. The TV in the gym also doesn’t really work. There must be a satellite issue.
Overall, the service people are rude. They didn’t clean our room even though we specifically asked for them to clean it twice. We also had a false fire alarm at 7 AM. They didn’t apologize for this after the fact.
Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money by any stretch.

Stay somewhere else, anywhere else.
Extremely worn furnishings, blood spot on towel, cracked leaking sink damaging wood work, TV not working, mold in bathroom, dirty surfaces, carpet not vacuumed and more. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else.

The staff is very nice. We were only there for one night, but all was great. The drinks were very good. Was bummed that they didn’t have mint to make a mojito, but the marg was DELISH.
