It was very clean, the clerk was very helpful when I needed change to but snacks in the middle of the night.
I enjoyed my time there.
The beds were very comfortable.

I have had this happen a few times recently and not sure what is happening, but I booked a particular room and paid for it in advance, only to be put in the wrong room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, she just said they were sold out and could not help me. Even though the parking lot was half empty and when I checked online showed the exact room still available. I think she just did not want to hassle with it. The point is, I can sleep in any room, but I am getting ripped off by paying more for one room and getting put in a room that cost less without being reimbursed or credited. Probably won't stay here again.

Not so great- I purposely payed more to get a room with 3 beds- 2 queens and a couch and they did not put us in the right one

My friend and I had a one night “staycation” at the Holiday Inn and we were beyond impressed! The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This hotel is nice and clean. The room we stayed in was very simple no frills, there needs to be more lighting in the room. There was a knocking in the wall the kept happening at random times it seemed to be coming from the pupes in bathroom wall.
