This is my second stay. I still think the location of the hotel is great, and the staff is very helpful. I found this time the breakfast options narrowed in some products and expanded in other ones that seem to adapt more to international visitors. I would come back to this hotel in the future if I come back to Madrid.

Everything is good.
Except the bed is too small for couples I don’t know why ? is smaller then queen size bed.
Breakfast is good everything you need is almost there, especially churros is the best so far.

The hotel has a great location, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and even assisted us with getting a taxi. The breakfast was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel close to the gran via. Not very friendly and the customer service was very poor but that is Spanish customer service standard.
Just make sure you check your bill as when doing my check out I was being charge exactly 100€ “by mistake” but because I knew exactly how much I had to pay I was able to spot it.

I had two separate stays at the hotel. I would rate the first one as a five stars and the second one is a two stars. The room in my second stay had to smoke smell coming from the air air-conditioning. This issue was not resolved before the end of my stay. Beside this issue, the hotel is clean and located in a very good area, very close to Plaza del Sol. The rooms are small, but I guess this is very common in Madrid.
