Grandly managed hotel with great staff

My wife was in Jesolo for the last time decades ago and I've never been to Jesolo before.
What we experienced at Falkensteiner Jesolo more than exceeded our expectations.
This was partly due to the beautiful location on the beach and partly due to GM Alessandro and his extremely friendly and helpful team.
The hotel is located in a complex of several buildings, all of which seem modern and bright and thus have nothing of mass tourism.
We were on site on the extended weekend from 1.5.-4.5. The hotel was almost booked.
Despite everything, the reception was perfect. When we pulled up with our car, a bellcaptain with luggage cart came immediately to unload the luggage.
We were greeted by Alessandro and although we arrived around 12 noon we were able to move into our Giudecca suite with frontal sea views immediately. Thanks for that.
Both the breakfast and dinner buffets shone with a very comprehensive range of partly freshly prepared specialities.
We have nothing to complain about, which is also rarely the case in this hotel category.
We can highly recommend this place and will certainly come back.
We are already looking forward to next time.

Best hotels in Jesolo

We have been to Falkensteiner several times because the hotel is just fantastic. The friendliness of the staff is particularly noteworthy. Starting with the reception, the manager who has everything under control, the pool staff, the service staff,... just everyone is incredibly eager and helpful. When I was looking for a socket for my phone charging cable, a member of staff offered me a power bank. That's just the certain extra thing that makes the hotel ordinary. As for the often mentioned reservation of the loungers, I can say that it now works much better than before. So you always get a lounger if one is needed. The staff at the pool is really trying very hard here. Absolutely recommended is the food in the hotel. The choice and quality of food is at a high level. You can't eat as much as you want. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Fantastic hotel

We spent four nights at the hotel with our two children aged 11 and 14. The Manager and all the staff really looked after us from start to finish and went out of their way to be thoughtful including offering a solution to keeping our family together and allowing us a late check out to make the most of our last day before an evening flight home.
As well as 1st rate accommodation, breakfast was high quality with lots of choice. The children loved the pool, private beach and range of Mocktails in the bar!
Highly recommend as a base for exploring Venice including for those with families looking for a haven away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice.

Perfect service, top location on the beach, fantastic breakfast & underground parking with electric charging station.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo impresses all along the line: perfect service, a fantastic breakfast buffet with everything your heart desires, outstanding cleanliness in all areas and the excellent location directly on the beach. We were particularly impressed by the courteous and multilingual staff – always friendly, attentive and helpful.
Another highlight is the comfortable underground car park with charging facility for electric cars. The valet parking service takes care of all your worries right on arrival, and luggage is also brought to your room – an all-round carefree package! We felt absolutely comfortable and will definitely come back!

Absolutely great hotel

Were for the second time at Falkensteiner Jesolo, a long weekend at the end of March 2025 and it was, again, more than great!! The hotel is beautiful, great location, very clean, really good food, friendly staff and top offers. SPA area like Falkyland etc. Can really recommend it! Be sure to book immediately;-)

Worte wie, "mehr als super" - "wunderschön" und so weiter, sind wirklich sehr geschätzt, und ich danke Ihnen nochmals, dass Sie uns den Lesern von Tripadvisor empfohlen haben. Einzig und allein kann ich wirklich nicht verstehen, warum Sie uns nur 4 Sterne gegeben haben und was wir hätten tun müssen oder was Ihnen gefehlt hat, damit Ihre Bewertung, die wirklich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau ist, mit den 5 Sternen übereinstimmt, die meiner Meinung nach hätten entsprechen sollen.
