Very comfortable and recommended

Very good and close to all sights, air conditioning and clean. You can look out onto the Coloseum via the roof terrace, restaurants on the doorstep, located at the rear so it is very quiet, a 5-minute walk from the Coloseum metro.
From the airport you can be taken to your door for a fixed rate of 50 euros, with the white taxis in front of the airport

Amazing location, friendly staff

We really loved staying here. The view from the roof was incomparable and the room was so cute. Excellent location and the shared kitchen snacks saved us wasting time on breakfast so we could go out and sightsee! The owners were so nice as well - Marco even came by to let us in after we forgot our keys in the room. Thank you!

BnB at rome

Very recommended place to stay when you in rome,near colleseum,n if u want to seight seeing the city with big bus tour you just stroll away from this air bnb.
Very welcome owner,and thus BnB provide free loundry room,shabby chic theme of room,n kitchen

Great location, but....

First, this is a great location super close to the Colosseum. Definitely a budget friendly option and included some snacks. There is 24 hour reception, and we were told to inform them of our arrival which we did. However, when we arrived after finally finding the hotel (there was no sign for the hotel on the door so we had to ask a local), a post-it was left asking us to call to let them know we arrived. We did not turn on our phones internationally, so my husband had to go and find a payphone to let them know we were there even though we had already informed them of our time of arrival (this was the only time during our trip we needed to make a phone call).
There are 3 or 4 rooms in this hotel. When you enter, you are immediately at the desk and a little kitchenette area, and the rooms are right outside the kitchen and the main door. The room doors were thin, so through the night we heard the other guests going in and out. Maybe we were just unlucky, but our neighbors were constantly out in the main area smoking and talking all night (they left the window open but it didn't help much). If it were not for all of the noise and being able to hear people go in and out, I would leave a higher rating.

Lovely place

What a fab place to stay! Amazing views from the terrace on the top of the building! Including the Coloseum which was only a very short walk away. We stayed in quite a small room but it was fine for 3 nights. A shared breakfast room with a great selection of cereals, fresh milk, teas, coffees and goodies for breakfast - replenished daily. Marco was great and kindly arranged a lovely bottle of wine for my birthday on behalf of my daughter. Very nice place to stay and highly recommended.
