The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. The rooms exude a warm atmosphere, the mattresses are comfortably comfortable, and the bathtubs are clean. The staff handle various inquiries exceptionally well. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, adding a lot of color to my trip.

An Excellent Hotel on the Eastern Edge of the Ginza

The professional, courteous and accommodating staff make this hotel a standout. The hotel and its convenient location make this a comfortable stay, rooms are large by Japanese standards. The airport bus station is across the street, with a pedestrian bridge that connects directly to the hotel. The location, on the eastern edge of the Ginza, makes this a quieter neighborhood with lots of excellent local (tiny) restaurants with prices to match (tiny prices excellent quality).

What an amazing 5 nights stay!

Such an amazing friendly staff!
The rooms were cleaned with great care and attention to detail. One minor flaw. The cupboard was quite small. But there were many drawers to store.
What a great gym room which is an extra charge of ¥1100.
The breakfast was exceptional. Loved their pastries. The cook prepared us delicious omelets
Another real plus was that the hotel provides direct access to the subway line Z.
Hope to come back one day.

From start to finish, the staff was very attentive to our needs. They also excelled in customer service and provided extra help with the usual as well as special questions about Tokyo. We totally enjoyed our stay. The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast and is located steps away from Tokyo Metro station. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Tokyo.

Children staying in the executive floor and suites for free can enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea in the executive corridor for free. The executive corridor does not accept children under 12 years old after 17:00. Please understand in advance. Guests are required to make payment for charges immdidately to be paid at the front desk when they check in at the hotel. The swimming pool, sauna, bath spa have been abolished. Only the gym is 24 hours open.Guests under 16 years old are not allowed to use the gym.
