A very excellent hotel with excellent service. If you get a room that overlooks the bay the room is very large. For people who do not wish to eat at the restaurant which can be a little pricey there is a McDonald’s and a large selection of dining close by. The hotel is very near the cruise port for those taking a cruise. The hotel does not have a shuttle to the cruise port, but they arrange a taxi and the price is approximately six dollars. you could walk to the Chinatown area of Yokohama and approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

The hotel was perfect for our needs close to the port for our departure onto a cruise. The hotel staff were very helpful in check in, storing luggage and showing us the hotels amenities. The hotel itself is a little dated and is showing its age from the carpets to fixtures and fittings etc but everything worked in the room although I couldn't figure out the AC. The view of the port and downtown were excellent. I would stay here again even though the place needs updating its got a lot going for it.

It is very close to the pier, Chinatown, shopping, and a train station. My room is very comfortable and spacious.

The location is the best exploring Yamashita park and China Town.
Also just few minutes walk from the Motomachi/China town station and opposite bus stop to the Haneda airport.
It’s a spectacular view from the corner room and all staff service were amazing!

This hotel is well located overlooking the Bay in Yokohama. It’s not too far from the subway station. It’s very big with plenty of eating options. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of amenities to use. The breakfast venue had a beautiful view although it had no buffet so very old school but this suited the ambiance. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and accommodating, exceptionally proactive and professional. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it’s a gem.
