QUIET.

Very quiet hotel, well located at a reasonable price and with a staff of 10.
100% recommended.
Good food options nearby as well as supermarkets, only downside NO parks, but I was told I would sort out shortly.

Poor Service

The Hotel Is Quiet , However The Service Was Terrible & Things In The Room Are Faulty . When You Ask Staff To Correct Something There Is Always An Attitude & Was Locked Out My Room Alot , The Keys Dont Really Work . The Staff Is Also Very Rushy & Dont Appreciate Guest

Look for another option

The staff leaves a lot to be desired, to cater for tourists is mostly a poor introduction, the 3 reception people have a lousy customer service treatment, since you arrive at the hotel they welcome you with a great face, they are not friendly, they make you feel uncomfortable when you ask something, the first person a lady, if you ask something when you fill out the entry slip does not try to explain and help you, we arrived after a flight in the morning, and we had to wait at 3 in the afternoon for them to deliver the room otherwise they gave you the option to pay $25.00 to be able to enter earlier, otherwise wait, we arrived to be delivered the room and there was a boy glasses, skinny, not friendly, gives you the room just because it is his job but you notice that he does not enjoy it, no manners, the corridors are dark, the shower that we were given was broken and it was noticeable that half glued, lastly they charged $6.00 more than I had reserved for disk taxes, the location if it is very good, and not that there is no complaint but leaves much to be desired the customer service treatment, quality / price I consider that there are many better options in Panama, certainly not return to this hotel.

Very modern update hotel. Worth the price. But the sheets in one bed where stained on area. But I was only their for 7 hours due to a lay over.

Excellent experience

Excellent hotel! Good room, good bed, very good shower! Very good breakfast. There is also a meal option and are very good! Good location too! Anyway, no objection! I just loved the stay! I recommend! ...................
