Bella camera ed era molto pulito. il cibo era ok, ma suggerisco di aggiungere Phở al menu della colazione.

Nonostante un inizio difficile, il servizio eccezionale di Mr. Phuoc ha davvero trasformato la nostra esperienza al T - Ritz Saigon, rendendolo un soggiorno indimenticabile. Condizioni dell'hotel e comportamento del personale
L'hotel ha addebitato VND 103000 per le macchie sul copricuscino (colore dei capelli trasferito sul cuscino). Inizialmente, il personale dell'hotel ha chiesto di pagare 309000 VND in quanto sostenevano che tre copricuscini sono macchiati. In qualche modo, sono riuscito a convincerli che, è solo un copricuscino che ha alcune macchie lasciate dopo il lavaggio - 'HA HA HA'
Veramente, è la prima volta in 30 + anni di viaggio in tutto il mondo che qualsiasi hotel addebitato per le macchie sul cuscino - 'WAO'
Francamente, ho usato le mie cose personali sotto la testa invece del cuscino dell'hotel per il mio soggiorno avanzato in hotel dopo - 'HA HA HA'

Ottimo anno trascorso al T-Ritz (Citadines) :-)
Ho soggiornato qui per 1 anno con lavoro. Non potrò mai lodarli abbastanza per essersi presi così cura di me. Dal personale della reception alla guardia di sicurezza alle pulizie - tutti fanno di tutto per accogliervi e farvi sentire a casa.
Un ringraziamento speciale e l'apprezzamento per la signorina Tram Anh (supervisore) e Miss Phung (la mia governante) - hanno fatto il miglio in più e assicurandosi che il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole.
Ci tornerei sicuramente l'anno prossimo e stare qui.
