Comfortable room and great value

I really enjoyed my stay here last month when attending an event nearby. I dropped off my bag in the morning and that was no hassle. The location is perfect for accessing Waterloo station and the surrounding areas. Some of the rooms look like they've been refurbished recently but mine was an older style room. The bed was great and the room was generally very quiet which made for a good nights sleep. The free breakfast was a bonus with plenty to choose from. I also loved the mini convenience store located in reception, I arrived to check-in late at night so this was handy for picking up a drink and a snack. I'd stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Great location for a family trip

We stayed here for 3 nights for a family trip to London. We were able to check in early (paid an extra 20) from our earl y morning arrival. Made it easy to get out and enjoy London after trip from USA. Hotel is easy walking distance from tube and Waterloo station. Easy walk to most of the tourist sites. Room was clean and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was good but can get crowded. Our only feedback was the elevators were very busy as one was broken. Made it quicker sometimes to walk up or down the stairs. Overall a great stay. We spent three nights at this hotel during a family trip to London. We were able to check in early (for an additional $20) due to our early morning arrival. This made it convenient for us to explore London after our trip from the USA. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Tube and Waterloo station, as well as most of the tourist sites. The room was clean and the WiFi worked well. The breakfast was good, but it can get crowded. Our only complaint was that the elevators were very busy because one was broken. Sometimes, it was quicker to walk up or down the stairs. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great friendly knowledgeable staff, esp Yash Jinde, Marshall Francis, Tahmin Mieh!

The service was outstanding! Knowledgeable Helpful friendly staff. Especially Yash Jinde, Marshall Francis and Tahmim Miah! Clean rooms, very helpful and Great Coffee. Breakfast is outstanding with hot buffet good food and beverages. Highly recommend this hotel.
Walking distance to train station buses and the Tube.

May be miss Breakfast... If you're in a rush

Reception staff, were excellent.
Room, very clean, towels are a good size. Comfy bed, pillows need a little work as they were all different sizes and fillings.
Breakfast, CHAOTIC !!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing flowed, Coffee machine right next to the hot plate, I'm sure the tube had less of a que this morning for a coffee.
Fried egg would take about 20 mins to get to me when I asked for one yesterday morning. A total re-think of the breakfast room and service needed.
Evening meal, the Lamb Shank was perfectly cooked, bar staff friendly and quick, waiter also excellent and checked I was happy with everything.
View from room, incredibly disappointing, my view was just brick wall, with windows of other rooms. Also the prices in the self service area were eye watering. Total money grab.
The hotel is in a good location, I was there for work, but took in a little sight seeing in.

What a fantastic hotel

Just checked out this morning. Wow what a fantastic hotel located 5 minutes walk from Waterloo Station. We were checked in quickly and allocated room 460 which has internal window but that's OK we weren't there for the view. The hotel is very modern and well maintained as was the room. Very large flat screen tv, in room safe, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and heating. Lovely touch was the welcome text asking if everything was OK....great idea we didn't realise a free breakfast was included.....so you'd think that was going to be a bit dodgy.....but it was absolutely amazing. We were also impressed by the transport links nearby.....directly opposite the hotel is a bus stop with routes to get you into central London and Victoria area....so easy. Nearby are numerous bars and restaurants. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!
