Very good location and the amenities are good. Breakfast is not Fantastic but otherwise everything is good and staff are polite

This hotel has one of the worst service and very unresponsive. I would urge everyone who may want to book this place to think twice. One of the worst hotel experience I have and when I contact their customer support they were not helpful and only blame Trip.com . I had trip.com contact them and they also couldnt get in touch with the hotel.

Good location near Geneva Lake and from the airport. Train station and public transport very accessible. Room size adequate though bathroom configuration is a little strange. If you are driving, be aware the basement garage access is extremely tight and if you have a big car, good luck not getting it damage, like I did. Breakfast is good too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, though it was on the high $ side. But all of Switzerland is $$ side.

Our parking is designed to accommodate vehicles up to 1.7m high, and while we ensure the security and accessibility with an elevator connecting the parking to the lobby, we understand that navigating the space can be challenging for larger vehicles. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Regarding the overall value, we acknowledge that Switzerland can be on the higher side in terms of expenses, and we strive to keep our prices competitive while offering a range of amenities and services to enhance our guests' experience.
Nonetheless, we are pleased that you found the accessibility to public transport and proximity to the airport beneficial during your stay. With our prime location in the heart of Geneva and near Lake Léman, we hope that our guests can enjoy the best of the city's offerings, including restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the convenience of being close to major transport hubs.

The hotel is good for what you pay, but I didn´t like the area or surroundings, specially at night. I didn´t feel very safe.
Also the pillows are hard as a rock.

I recently stayed at Novotel Genève Centre and had a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, close to Lake Geneva and major attractions.
