A worthwhile stay

Cosy hotel run by a customer-oriented couple with their very nice crew. The lady of the house supervises the reception and is also helpful in the service. Her husband spoils the palate with exquisite cuisine.
Conclusion : we would like and can recommend this house with its great restaurateurs.

3 Night Stay at Beautiful lake side hotel

A beautiful hotel located along the lake, 5-10 minutes walking from Bus Stop, having an awesome breakfast on the balcony facing the lake was a great gift. Lovely balcony with a flower hanger, spacious bathroom (with tub), comfortable side table, handy table fan. Tips to note: a) Get the city card b) electric adapter by depositing 10 CHF c) sunset walk towards the hotel d) evening trip to Iseltwald (a lovely lakeside area). Nice guy, explained the breakfast items and enquired if we are happy.

Old man

Small room without decoration that would need renovation. To read in the bed, just a neon that is the whole width of the bed. Not practical for anyone who wants to sleep. The bathroom is very small and ugly. Shower with plastic curtain that sticks to the body. A small wardrobe, to ask some things. Rooms overlook the mountain or lake. Beautiful view and quiet.
As for the restaurant, the meals are simple but good. The staff is very smiling. Breakfast is full. Beautiful view of the lake.

LESIIEGEN IS NOT A TRAIN STATION WHERE TRAINS STOP

Please don’t get fooled in impression trains stop at leissigen station . It is only crossover station for trains as it has single track. Only way to use public transport is bus which has frequency of 1 hour to go to interlaken west station or spiez station where you get connectivity

Pleasant dinner

After a long time, I recently had dinner at the Kreuz again. Everything was perfect. Pleasant service, quality, ambience and warmth. The service employee from Germany deserves special praise.
