A strategic location near the airport and metro station, very suitable for tourists. Easy access to transportation services, staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a variety of choices, the room is comfortable with modern decor at an affordable price… highly recommended.”

The location is good… however the breakfast not si good .. housekeeping tooo .. slow services

We had a hard time talking to the receptionist.we encounter an issue regarding the payment and he can’t even explained it properly to us.

Maybe try some other hotel

The hotel is situated right next to a busy street where traffic is heavy even late at night and sound isolation of the windows is non-existent, so I found it very difficult to sleep. On one of my two stays I got a room without air conditioner, which also did not help.
On a positive side, the staff is helpful and friendly (even though on the first of my two stays they had difficulty finding my reservation).
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience during my travel throught Tashkent, Boysun and Bukhara. On the absolute scale I would rate it "almost tolerable"
