Bello è un eufemismo
Che proprietà fantastica. Mi è capitato di soggiornare in occasione del 1 ° anniversario della loro apertura, ma sembrava che fosse ancora tutto così nuovo di zecca. Pulito, moderno, elegante. Colpisce tutti i punti! So dove tornerò la prossima volta che sarò in città!

Perfetto secondo soggiorno - ancora meglio del primo
Questo è stato il mio secondo soggiorno ed è stato ancora meglio del primo! Ho visitato nel febbraio 2024 quando l'hotel era aperto solo da pochi mesi e sono rimasto così colpito da tutto. Un anno dopo, in qualche modo hanno superato se stessi.
L'hotel stesso e le camere sono semplicemente belle come l'anno scorso, naturalmente. Quello che mi ha davvero colpito è stato il cibo e il loro team. Tutto quello che ho mangiato era perfetto dalle insalate a Le Ame ai piatti condivisibili a Thea. E la loro sala da pranzo in camera è pronta e molto cortese.
Lyle e Chloe alla reception erano entrambi così accogliente, attento e veloce ad aiutarmi con gli ordini da pranzo in camera, una chiave della camera persa, ecc Devin a Thea è stato il mio server nella mia ultima notte ed era un gioiello. Aveva grandi suggerimenti ed era molto carismatico.
Non posso fino al mio prossimo soggiorno!

5 Stelle in ogni aspetto, ottimo personale + grande esperienza
Sempre un'esperienza a 5 stelle costante al Global Ambassador. Questo è uno dei miei hotel preferiti nel paese. Le camere e il design generale è di prim'ordine, ma il servizio pone questo posto sopra le righe rispetto ad altri hotel a 5 stelle della zona. Ho avuto un problema con un allarme che scattava nella mia camera una notte e il team mi ha rapidamente spostato in una suite aggiornata, si è occupato delle spese accessorie e mi ha rilasciato un buono regalo per i miei futuri soggiorni. grazie a Rigo, Ryan e Lyle che sono intervenuti tutti per garantire che tutto fosse sistemato, e poi alcuni. È facile essere grandi quando tutto va secondo i piani, ma tanto di cappello al team GA per aver trasformato un singhiozzo in un'esperienza positiva. Top 1 % hotel a mio avviso, lo consiglio vivamente e ci torneremo.

Bella proprietà. Non come personale gentile.
L'hotel in sé è di fascia alta. E' tutto bellissimo. La hall, le camere, tutto è lussuoso e bello. L'hotel ha più un'atmosfera da città che da resort. Non ci sono vasti terreni, ma tutto è ben fatto ed è invitante, affascinante ed elegante.
Il mio problema era più con il personale. Ho chiesto un bicchiere o del vino quando il bar era chiuso. Non ne avevo idea. C'era qualcuno dietro il bancone, . Sembrava aperta. Avrebbero potuto dire di sì o di no, ma invece si sono impegnati in una conferenza arrabbiata su come erano chiusi ma mi avrebbero portato un bicchiere di vino ma non potevo dirlo a nessuno. Era solo strano e sminuito da una sensazione di lusso. A colazione sono stato rimproverato a gran voce per stare nel posto sbagliato per effettuare l'ordine. C'erano zero persone in vista, ma a quanto pare ero circa un metro e mezzo a sinistra di dove avrei dovuto essere. Non capivo cosa avessi fatto per giustificare il tono. Un giorno le pulizie hanno mancato la mia stanza. Nessuno era eclatante o qualcosa del genere, mancava solo quell’atmosfera da “ci preoccupiamo per te”.
Probabilmente proverei da qualche altra parte prima di rimanere qui di nuovo.

L'ambasciatore globale Phoenix
Probabilmente uno dei tetti più belli che io sia mai stato e sono stato in molti in tutto il mondo. L'arredamento era mozzafiato e aveva una vista fantastica da tutti gli angoli. La selezione di bevande è buona e così erano le vibrazioni, anche un servizio molto buono. Lo consiglio vivamente.
