Ambiente familiar
Sempre que vou fazer cursos de pós graduação em Ilhéus , fico lá , ambiente familiar , agradável e próximo de banco, restaurante, farmácia , do lado do Vesúvio e do teatro de Ilhéus, próximo de ponto de táxi e da catedral de Ilhéus.

Bad experience
Horrible experience.
I paid very expensive for one night and the hotel simply has no minimum of comfort.
The bedroom is very simple, the beds are very old, tough and make a lot of noise, the furniture itself makes noise, are very old and very old.
The table inside the bedroom and the chairs are plastic, style bar table, the room has a strong smell of old thing, naphthalene, the bathroom is so old that there is a bidet and outside that in the evening appeared several cockroaches.
The breakfast was also a disappointment, several pots of cookies from those very cheap ones, some cakes from a box, the fruits that had on the table were all black because they did not serve, exposed in any way and none served to eat, out there was only bread with cheese and ham for you to heat yourself in a plate, really bad!
The VC checkin had to do everything written on paper.
The worst experience I've ever had, it seems like the hotel is falling to pieces and still the absurd prices of per day continue up there.

Fomos super bem recepcionados pelos anfitriões e apesar das instalações antigas, nada comprometeu o conforto nem a tranquilidade, pois todos os itens eram novos e funcionavam perfeitamente (Ar condicionado, geladeira, etc.) Ficamos muito a vontade. Limpeza e café da manha excepcionais.

Localização perfeita, mas hotel pode ser melhor
Estive por 2 dias. A localização é o ponto alto do hotel, bem no centro histórico. Peguei quarto onde a cama deveria ser box ou ter um colchão melhor pelo fluxo de pessoas que usam. A TV no quarto é minúscula, parece uma tela de notebook. Do resto do quarto ok. Checkin e checkout muito bem atendidos. Mas minha crítica em janeiro 2019 vai para o café da manhã. Tem muitas coisas, porém sem qualidade e sabor. Ex: vários potes com biscoitos daqueles comprados em atacados e que raramente apetece aos olhos. Frutas tem uma variedade como morango, uva, banana, mas o básico de um café da manhã que seria fatias de melão e mamão é colocado em quantidade muito pequena, tipo 2 ou 3 fatias de cada. Sucos diversos é o que está escrito porém no primeiro dia tinha 2 sabores e no segundo dia apenas 1 sabor e mesmo assim demorou reposição, o pão de queijo (não é o q o Brasil chama de pão de queijo). Pratos quentes dentro de uma estufa em quantidade mínima e ovos mexidos totalmente frios. Tem um cardápio anunciando esse café por 20 reais para qlq cidadão que passe em frente ao hotel. Mas o cardápio não condiz com a realidade. Mini pizza cadê? Tem que pedir, mas ao chamar a senhora que veio a mesa estava sem um avental e com aquela camiseta beira de pia (não foi animador). O que garanti meu desjejum foi pão de forma com queijo na sanduícheira. Pois o restante não dava vontade de comer. Percebemos que mesmo com apenas 3 mesas ocupadas no horário que fomos o serviço era lento, até a reposição de um item como leite e frios demorava. A impressão que tive foi de economizar, inclusive na demora. Pra uma diária de R$230,00 reais dava sim para servir um café da manhã de verdade. Mil vezes ter 6 opções saborosas do que muitas que não dá vontade.
