Stay at Intercontinental Miami
I recently stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in Miami with my daughter, and we had an amazing experience!
we arrived at the Hotel and the staff was amazing and we felt welcome. The hospitality was truly exceptional.
A special thank you to Andre, Godiva, Jacqueline, Alvaro, Mayra, Genesis, and Alberto for their warmth and helpfulness during our trip. And a big shoutout to Ashley, who handled both our check-in and check-out—he was professional, friendly, and made everything smooth and easy! Thanks for the nuts .
The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location, and we enjoyed our time. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami!

Impressed “First Time” IHG Members
My husband and I stayed at the Intercontinental “Miami” for the very first time; and the entire experience completely exceeded our expectations! Therefore, this location is “now” our favorite hotel when we visit Miami!
From the moment we exited our vehicle, the service provided by valet attendant was top notch, and very courteous! He explained the process to request our vehicle when needed was via text. When we did request our vehicle later that day, the service was extremely prompt, and again the service provided by the valet attendant was extremely courteous!
At check-in, the front desk associate “JODIE” welcomed us with one of the most beautiful smiles I have seen in a while! She was extremely professional, polite and attentive! She was very resourceful in providing answers to my questions about the property and nearby things to do!
Jodie’s welcoming spirit is one that we will always remember… and we travel a lot; at times more than 70 nights per year. Our check-in process with her made us feel like we were very special guests; and I know it was genuine and not only because of our IHG status. I hope this review is relayed to her because she deserves to be recognized… “THANKS AGAIN, JODIE!”
The room that we were assigned to was beautifully prepared, extremely well kept, clean, a great location, and with a stunning view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, Port of Miami, etc. We especially loved the roof top pool and the cabana suites!
We absolutely love our lounge access at the newly designed, luxury Club Intercontinental. The breakfast, afternoon tea and Happy Hour indeed exceeded our expectations! The club attendants were also very professional, polite, and attentive… I was able to converse with “GODIVA” (pronounced go-deeva) and she was indeed amazing as well. We enjoyed dinner at Toro Toro restaurant, followed by the live entertainment!
We also stopped by “MySpa” and again my expectations were again exceeded, first by the ambience and the welcome I received by “ANANDA.” She was also very welcoming, professional, polite and attentive! Although, we were on our way to check out, I assured ANANDA that I will definitely be back! I’m so excited that I already reached out to ladies to book a “Girls Trip” to come back!

Good times
The room is cozy and with a beautiful view. The beds are very comfortable with a wide range of pillows so you can choose the best. The breakfast was exceptional, a variety of items that could satisfy the most exigent person. The best part was the girls who worked at the breakfast. I’d like to point two exceptional professionals: Eliana who served us during our stay, a great, warm and competent professional, and also Mayra, the hostess, a welcoming and always with a smile to receive us.

Extraordinary option in Miami
I attended a professional training and I can say this has been so far the best hotel I have stayed for business purposes. People were so nice, the room was modern and clean, and our welcome dinner at the sky lawn was just lovely. I will come back for sure.
