Nothing wrong with the Pré Saint Germain, very warm welcome, delicious and hearty meals, presentation of very aesthetic dishes, highly recommended. Very quiet setting. Quick service, attentive team. No regrets, we'll definitely go back.

Very nice discovery

We went to the restaurant a bit by chance.
Very warm welcome, attentive, fast.
Quantitative and qualitative meals!
Cook the burger and kidneys perfectly with good combinations!
We're really getting value for money.

What is a "Business Hotel"

It is one that is only fully open Monday to Thursday. Staying for a Friday night we were left standing in reception until one of the few staff had finished serving in the restaurant. After dinner we were asked to settle our bill immediately as there would be no staff present on Saturday morning. We were shown the button to open the external door. Not only were there no staff on Saturday morning, but there was no hot water. But you will still be charged full rates.

An utterly STUPD hotel. Saturday and Sunday night the restaurant is CLOSE. The staff tell us that EVERYWHERE in the town is CLOSED. £130 per night.
Question: Where are we supposed to eat? I thought we were staying in a hotel!
It is now 5pm Sunday afternoon. The bar and the restaurant are locked. Reception is closed. All the lights are out. There are NO STAFF ON SITE...just an emergency telephone number. This is the WORST HOTEL I have EVER stayed in. It’s existence is pointless.

A very pleasant stopover

Pleasant hotel in a quiet location, with neat, manicured gardens and ample parking. Food excellent. Rooms a bit on the small side, but clean and well-appointed (although fitting a heated towel rail in front of the shaver socket so it couldn’t be used showed a lack of supervision of a half-witted French plumber at some point!) . Overall, a welcome stopping-off point in an area monopolised by bleak business chain hotels.
