Pristine and Ethereal!!
Think ornate domes, Rajasthani- Mughal inspired architecture, grandeur of the bygone era. Think elegance and impeccably served meals, The Leela and its bespoke service standards are something one needs to experience.
Special thanks to Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Ronak, and Govind, who made our stay a memorable moment.

Exceptional Service and Attentive Staff Made for a Memorable Stay. Thank-you tejveer and team for making this possible.
During my recent stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team made me feel welcome with a warm greeting and efficient check-in process. They were knowledgeable, polite, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Housekeeping was consistently attentive, ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked throughout my stay.
Special thanks to Tejveer Singh Rathore Ji’s assistance through out our stay for making our stay more comfortable and hustle free The butler was exceptionally attentive, always available to assist with every request promptly and with the utmost professionalism.

Exceptional Stay with Warm Hospitality – A Minor Hiccup
We had a wonderful stay at The Leela Palace Udaipur – a truly stunning property where every detail speaks of elegance and luxury. The boat transfer upon arrival was a magical way to begin the experience and set the tone for what followed.
A special mention goes to Aditya Singh, who was absolutely outstanding. He stayed in touch from pre-arrival through to our departure, ensuring everything ran smoothly and even arranged refreshments for us after a long journey – a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.
All of the staff were fantastic – warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Even the security team were so courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and their service made us feel incredibly well cared for.
That said, there were a couple of things that could have been better. We were celebrating a special birthday and had hoped for a complimentary upgrade, but we had to pay for it – which felt like a missed opportunity to elevate the celebration. Additionally, the final bill was a little confusing and could have been clearer.
Despite this small hiccup, this hotel – and the Leela brand overall – stood out as the best among the four we stayed at during this trip. Thank you once again to Aditya and the entire team for such a memorable experience. We look forward to returning!

Total lack of concern for privacy
We had a nice lake facing room, however to our horror we found hotel staff jumping around our deck area several times. I went to meet GM, who was busy but later came to the room. I showed him the deck area and brought to his notice that the staff is running around. He was apologetic (wonder if he was sincere) and lo and behold in the next hour, same thing occured again. So much for complaining to the top management and their concern for privacy of guests. And to think that my friends booked this for wedding paying a bomb.

Amazing service and hospitality
Our butler Mr Tajveer singh gave us extra ordinary service and even put in speaker in the room on request, the chef Deepak, fed us so much food that it can’t be explained in words! The food was sooo flavourful and delicious. It’s a review from someone who doesn’t enjoy Indian food , I’d specifically go to Udaipur for that food.
