Our time there was amazing… staff was polite and the manger was amazing always had ideas for us to visit very attentive til the last minute there ..: can’t wait to go back

Not a good experience

Be warned, the pictures they post online are deceiving of the location that this is in. It is not in a good area. Upon arriving, their hotel entrance is a single door that is locked and has a ring doorbell. They do not have a standard check in area. I asked if I could see what the room looked like prior to checking in so I could make sure it had proper hotel bolt locks, etc., as you could not even see where the rooms were at inside their ‘lobby’ and I was told no and that I could see it when I checked in. We left. Was not a great start to our trip having to scramble to find another place to stay that had availability. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. They are also trying to remove my reviews on other platforms saying I never checked in. I was in their “lobby” and have photos on the outside. Not a good way to do business trying to delete reviews that are not in their favor.

First. This was not associated with the hotel in most ways. Not a villa with the hotel. Its a house. The people at Ola hardly knew anything and referred us to AirBnB to ask questions. We booked through Hotels.com. I called Hotels.com and they just read off of the info and not of any help whatsoever. For over 4 figures a night we expected better service or some at least plus truth in the listing. Stay away from both ola and question Hotels.com for bookings. Remember they are the middleman and you can get cheaper with protection if there are problems just going to the actual place's website.

Hotel mediocre
No soundproofing between the rooms, it's as if we were not together in the same toilet, never seen this in my life!no door for the toilet in our room!
