Convenient location to downtown Williamsport, which was very walkable. No complaints about cleanliness or the overall comfort of the room. The only confusing thing was the fact that there were two hotels in one building, but the reception clerk at the Holiday Inn Express was very nice when she explained that we needed to go to the other part of the building for our check-in.

The hotel was very clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly. We were given a room at the very end of the hallway. After I heard the little league baseball team running up and down the hallway, screaming, slamming doors, etc, I realized why we were given that room. The kids were so loud and parents were no where to be seen. Our reservation included a sit down breakfast made-to-order in the hotel restaurant. It was delicious!! Despite the kids with absentee parents, I would stay in this hotel again.

Chose the king conference suite so we could have space to celebrate an early Christmas with my son and grandchildren. The room was very spacious however was very dated and worn. The roll up blinds were tattered and worn (set in master bedroom had no pull strings and was rigged with zip ties to hold up curtain). All windows were puddling with condensation and you could feel a slight draft when you held your hand close. The sofa in the living area was old and worn with the seat cushion “fabric” cracked from overuse (in dire need of replacing). The coffee table had big cracks in the top glass which was hazardous. The dining room chairs were worn and stained.

During my move from Boston to Michigan, I stayed at the Holiday Inn. The room was very clean, and I particularly enjoyed the TV, desk, and sofa. I accidentally left my key card in the room, but the lobby staff quickly provided me with a new one, all while greeting me with a warm smile. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive.

Very nice hotel. Convenient location. The only reason I did not give 100% stars is the shower only had pressure when turned all the way up to the highest hot, but at that heat it was unbearable to stay under the water. Showering was a struggle.
