The staff were friendly, helpful and competent. The suite was comfortable and had everything I needed or wanted. The location was ideal for everything I wanted to do.

The view from our room was great. The staff we encountered were nice (only talked with check in). Check in was really slow. It took 25 minutes of waiting in line to finally checking. Only 2 people working at the time when cruise passengers and a big running/hiking event happening. The one bad thing about this hotel is they nickel and dime you for everything. I can’t see myself staying there again for the price we paid.

As a young family we try to stay at budget friendly places. This Fairmont Waterfront was beyond expectation. We were treated like first class here. The beds were comfortable, the room was large, the services provided were extremely helpful and all the staff was super friendly. The service they provide to take your luggage to the cruise ship was very helpful. We would certainly stay again!

Bell service and concierge excellent. Check in could have been better. Our room took longer than expected and we weren’t notified as promised. Had to keep checking back.

Excellent service from all who helped couldn’t single out one person in general just all during our stay. Safe hotel as my youngest stated, will be back again in the future.
