We did not find the TV remote control, and the front desk brought us one quickly.

#zan# Sono soddisfatto del galateo dell'ospitalità; # le luci a gradini sono ancora insufficienti; l'hotel è piuttosto vecchio e la colazione è interrotta. Non c'era una lampada da scrivania e una è stata inviata più tardi e il personale è stato molto gentile.

The whole place was unkept and dirty including our room. Hair on pillows, dirty bathroom and the room itself smelled like a locker room. We were only there 6 hours and it was 6 hours to long.

Customer service is horrible. I was sitting in my room with the TV on just got out. The shower was loud didn’t hear housekeeping and literally housekeeping walks in on me naked and it wasn’t even 11 o’clock check out it was 1015. Very unprofessional bathroom was not clean At all, stay in two different rooms

The rooms are dirty and need maintenance and it’s very loud and I couldn’t get my work done and I tried to get a refund but I still am not able too
