Muy buen hotel.
El hotel está bien ubicado. Si bien no es “céntrico” se llega caminando a todos lados sin ningún problema.
El desayuno es variado y tiene opciones sin gluten.
La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en la parte de atrás del edificio. El trayecto era todo interno, pero había que bajar unas escaleras y cruzar un par de salones para acceder al ascensor.
En la habitación hay una tablet con una guía del hotel, y a su vez sirve de control remoto de la TV. Una cosa incomodisima y poco práctica ya que cuando la habitación está cerrada no se carga la batería, por lo que siempre está a punto de apagarse.
Ahí mismo uno tiene la opción de elegir si quiere que le limpien la habitación, opción que elegimos pero que nunca cumplieron. Volvimos a la noche y la habitación seguía tal cual la habíamos dejado.
Con respecto al restaurante, nos informaron al llegar los horarios para la cena, pero al querer ir a comer nos dijeron que estaba cerrado, para luego ofrecernos pocas opciones de la carta. Muy desprolijo todo.
A pesar de esos pequeños inconvenientes, es un hotel muy recomendable.

Servicio familiar pero pobre
El diseño y las instalaciones del hotel eran encantadores y muy familiar. Nuestros hijos preferían la zona de juegos a hacer turismo! El servicio de lavandería era fabuloso. El desayuno diario era abundante y delicioso. Pedir comida a pedido era confuso, sin embargo, faltaban todos los demás servicios. Nuestras habitaciones se refrescaron un día, pero la basura no se vació, incluso en la habitación con la cama de bebé que tenía pañales sucios. Check-in fue una pesadilla total que tomó 90 minutos para 3 habitaciones que habían sido reservadas durante meses. La recepción y la electrónica de la habitación no funcionaban. El servicio de restaurante y bar era confuso y lento. La mayoría de los servidores eran amigables, pero no encima de servir. Tuvimos que buscarlos si necesitábamos algo. Gran instalación, pero el servicio era muy deficiente.

No voy a volver.
La ubicación es difícil de encontrar. Finalmente los encontramos y no había lugar para aparcar en el lugar, así que nos enviaron a un garaje diciendo que cobraba lo mismo que el aparcamiento en el lugar. Tuvimos que hacer tres giros a la izquierda y navegar por las señales de construcción para llegar allí, luego el ascensor del aparcamiento no estaba funcionando (no la falla de los hoteles). Después de llevar nuestro equipaje arriba y de regreso al hotel tratamos de decirle al tipo que nos envió allí que debe advertir a otros que dejen su equipaje antes de estacionar en ese estacionamiento debido a que el ascensor está fuera. Él fue grosero y solo dijo que no es nuestra culpa. Estuvimos allí tres noches. El día dos, cuando llegamos de un almuerzo tardío (alrededor de las 5 pm) mi esposa pidió en la recepción una toalla adicional, ya que solo había dos toallas y no había toallas de mano o paños en la habitación. Dijeron que los traerían a colación. A las 8 volví a bajar y les recordé. Finalmente aparecieron a las 10 PM. Ya estaba en la cama. Al día siguiente nos quedamos sin TP y le dijimos a la recepción en nuestro camino a la cena. Dijeron que conseguirían a alguien que sacara un rollo. Ese rollo finalmente llegó a las 21: 50 después de otro recordatorio. No muy fuerte en el servicio. Y el parking que dijeron que usaran, era 8 euros la noche más caro de lo que cobran. La habitación era bastante básico ducha era pequeña. Máquina de café, agua, té y café (sin crema o leche) , sin nevera, El aire acondicionado parecía apagarse en medio de la noche, ya que me calentaba cada noche durante aproximadamente una hora sin importar lo que estableciera la temperatura. El desayuno era agradable, aunque caro. Las almohadas eran buenas, la cama bastante cómoda. Atienden a las familias tantos niños corriendo por ahí.

Julies sonido de la gira musical
El personal era muy acogedor, el hotel estaba a 10 minutos a pie de la ciudad vieja, teníamos un par de cosas, bebidas limitadas en la habitación no había leche tenía que ir a recepción para conseguirlo, personalmente me pareció que la cama era demasiado duro y me costó dormir y almohadas suaves, el desayuno era bueno pero poco caro. Así que entramos en la ciudad para desayunar. Pero nos alojaríamos de nuevo

Las primeras impresiones establecen el tiempo para toda la estancia!
Empezó con una persona desinteresada y poco servicial en recepción delantera y solo bajó cuesta abajo desde allí. La habitación en sí no es muy funcional, ya que no hay espacio para colocar una maleta grande abierta. No hay tomas de corriente ni puntos USB a ambos lados de la cama, por lo que cualquier carga del teléfono solo se puede realizar en el mostrador estrecho a la parte delantera de la cama. Había un espacio vacío para lo que supongo es un dispensador de jabón en el baño y no había otro jabón disponible en el lavabo. El dispensador de lavado corporal en la ducha estaba vacío obligándonos a usar el nuestro. Por último, de los 9 hoteles que hemos visitado hasta ahora en este viaje, el menú del desayuno ha sido la selección más pobre, sin jugos en absoluto, solo huevos cocidos, sin pasteles aparte de un croissant simple. Muy mala experiencia en general y no voy a volver a un hotel de Jufa en el corto plazo.
