A wonderful place to be alone in nature

This hotel has a great location. Right by the park. The rooms are large, equipped with everything you need. Hotel and rooms are clear. The staff is polite and friendly. We had a great night's sleep - the air is amazing. Our window looked right out onto a big green tree. Breakfast is acceptable. We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the park - it was magical!

Completely satisfied

Warm welcome at the reception had been welcomed by the director personally.
The room very large - Clean -Everything you need was there.
Buffet dinner - small selection of meat and vegetarian-various side dishes - salad buffet partly fresh and bucket goods but good. It was always fresh produce and what was great you always got the food from the chef on the plate.
Dessert was served. Drinks were warmly received and served.
If the staff also do not speak German very well you have scored with kindness and help. We were very well looked after in the house.

Great

We chose Nashira Kurpark Hotel as part of a business organization and were very pleased. Our stay was smooth, the food was delicious, and the hotel was quite flexible about their meal times. All of our needs were quickly met during our meetings. The hotel''s surroundings were ideal for unwinding, with peaceful walking trails and a serene atmosphere. There were plenty of attractions and hiking trails near the hotel, too. The hotel manager and staff were always polite and helpful. Despite our stay with a large group and the length of our meetings, there were no interruptions, which gave us a lot of flexibility during the hotel dining and check-out times.

Hotel is not safe!
The Nashira Kurparkhotel in Bad Herrenalb offers in holiday portals that it is suitable for skiers, cyclists or other vacationers with equipment. Unfortunately, this is not true. There are 4 cameras in the underground car park, but none of them are functional. In addition, the gate to the underground car park remains open during the day and at night. Unfortunately, we had no knowledge of this and we were thus able to steal an expensive bike secured to the luggage rack of the car. Despite multiple requests and requests, the hotel and the management of the hotel have shown no accommodation and no partial reimbursement of costs to date. So we can only warn more visitors.

Beautiful days at the spa park

The hotel is in a prime location opposite the spa house and spa park, the bus stop is just a few meters away and the train station is just a few minutes' walk away. Completely wheelchair accessible. We had a large room (very comfortable bed, enough "storage space" for luggage, nice writing desk, clean and well-kept). Very new and bright furniture. Large bathroom, enough storage space. Staff at reception were friendly, documents were prepared. Other staff were also friendly but some had obvious language problems. Breakfast was sufficient but a bit monotonous. A second coffee machine would be advisable to "avoid queues". We didn't go to the restaurant, but there are several good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Overall a nice, uncomplicated vacation, we would be happy to come back.
