Holidays in PARKWAY in November

The hotel matches the declared stars, the only downside is the view from the window. We had room 509, a view of the lid and the buildings next to it. Otherwise everything is great - delicious breakfasts: buffet + you can order eggs or omelets, rooms are cleaned every day - bring water and shower gel + shampoo. At breakfast buffet : vegetables : cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheeses of different kinds, sweets, pastries, yogurt, cottage cheese of different kinds, sausages, boiled eggs, side dishes every day different. Tea bagged, coffee only instant and juices in boxes (not freshly squeezed). Towels are also changed every day, the hotel is clean. In spa access swimming pool (you must have a hat in it, you can buy for 5 manats or rent for 3 manats), hamama. The sauna is down. The hotel has a good location - to the center 20 minutes in a slow step, 5 minutes many cool bars and restaurants , shopping centers.

Room without windows - reality of this hotel

Room without windows is a reality of this hotel! Such a nuance must be written in CAPITAL LETTERS so that guests understand exactly whether they are ready to live in such conditions or not!!!! When asked to change the number, we were fed “breakfast” for 2 days. The service also leaves a lot to be desired: on one day we were put one towel for 2 guests, when asked to bring another towel, told that they ran out)))) breakfasts are scarce, but every day different. Location is good, but far from the center

Very Bad!!!!

If there is something less than one star I would rate this place with,
We are currently there for the worst holiday ever because of this place, they ruined our trip.
Let me start with the room and my booking, I booked double room and selected the 2 beds option.
We checked in and found out the room has only one bed, I spoke to to receptionist nothing happened he kept on saying it is not my job to change rooms I am only receptionist.
He said I will check if we can change your room tomorrow, and then we were looking for the blanket/ cover, this is what we found.
A dirty disgusting thing to sleep with, the response from the receptionist was sorry we have no extra blankets to change it for you.
He didn’t even feel sorry that we found this in the room, it wasn’t just the cover, bed sheets and pillows smell disgusting.
Towels are ripped and smells bad.
For 3 days I am begging them to give me a clean cover.
Every day I have to repeat the same story for whoever is on the shift ,the response was always sorry it is not my job sorry we don’t have extra sorry we don’t have available rooms to give you.
In our 3 night at 12:30 am midnight my friend and I( 2 ladies) in the room we were sleeping, suddenly we found a stranger man opening our room with his card. He scared us at midnight I called the reception to ask him how did this man open my room and how his card worked on my door, he didn’t answer because he knew he is trouble as he heard me screaming when I felt scared because our room is the first floor.
This morning I went to the reception to talk about what happened yesterday, the answer was sorry I wasn’t on duty someone else was and I don’t know what happened.
If I go more through details everybody will see how unprofessional this place and the people work there are.
A very bad experience I will never ever repeat it, save your money and your trip and don’t ever book at this place.

Hotel is nice for its money, but "laksheri" do not wait

Location: good, it is the center of the city almost, to the Old Town on foot 20 minutes, to the subway 5 minutes. ATMs, grocery stores - within walking distance.
The staff didn't speak Russian (anyway, who met us, but primary English is enough to understand the basics).
Number: Pretty decent, not new, but a solid four.
There is a fridge, safe, kettle, air conditioning, the view from the window is not great (to the yard), but you are not going to sit there all the time, and for the overnight - no matter.
Cons: hair dryer didn't work. Cleaning is mediocre: although daily, they forgot to clean the urn, and the water was put in once.
Breakfast: pleased, varied, everyone will find something for themselves. Breakfast coffee is instant. Coffee machines can be made from for a fee.
Spa: left a negative impression. We decided to visit the swimming pool and hamam, as it is free for hotel guests. There was no one else in the spa but us. The swimming pool and the room where it is located are very "tired" and are asking for repairs, some of the mold is visible, the showers do not work lights. In the room itself there is some stale unpleasant smell (and the same - from the towels that we were given at the entrance). Thirty minutes of that happiness was enough and we didn't go there anymore.
Anyway, the hotel is nice for its money, but don't wait for the laksheri.

Vacation to Baku

We liked the hotel. The main attractions are 30 min quiet step. Airport transfers were arranged. Comfortable spacious room. Cleaning is daily. Iron on demand. Delicious breakfasts, no variety, but you won't stay hungry. Additional dishes were brought in upon request. We went to the hammam and the pool twice. I loved it. Before booking this hotel, we were denied two, offered the same room but more expensive (allegedly because of Formula One). This hotel has no problem and quickly confirmed the reservation. Thank you for your hospitality!
