Bahrain Westin

A big thank you to Arvind for the room housekeeping. The room was spotless and well serviced. Make a difference to find a room where you feel comfortable to be in for sometimes a very long stay. I recommend this hotel for the professional staff.

Breakfast at FURN

We had breakfast at The Furn as walk-in guests. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot — the two ladies at the desk were quite unwelcoming and almost refused us in a rather rude manner. Particularly Imen who is came of a bit discriminative and rude.
But then came Sanjit, an F&B associate who truly turned things around! His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care completely changed our morning. Sanjit, thank you for going above and beyond — you’re the reason we’ll definitely be back!
It’s not the food that will bring us back, but you. You really made our day. Thank you!

Pathetic staff at check in. It’s actually a local u branded hotel which has slapped the Westin name.

Extremely basic hotel. Do not expect even a garden inn or Ibis or premier inn type host!! These guys are just undertrained, poorly dressed and presented hosts, taking advantage of its location. I have had stayed in about a 100 hotels worldwide including at various Westin brands globally. I believe this one uniquely stands out to be the poorest of all by a distance as far as heavens and the earth!
Avoid at all cost if you are a time conscious, premium service expectation business or leisure traveller. This is a completely waste of time and peace even if it was sold for free.
Just pathetic is the word. Better stay at the Ibis than here, my humble honest opnion about this hotel.

Very disappointing experience at Westin – Staff name: Omkar

I’m a Bonvoy Titanium member and a loyal Westin guest, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Arrived at 4:00 AM with my family after a long international flight. Despite confirming my arrival time, the front desk employee Omkar refused to check us in, showed no willingness to help, and spoke disrespectfully in front of my family, saying he “might do us a favor” and check us in later in the morning.
I explained that I just needed a few hours of rest before leaving early, but he ignored everything and offered no solution. Even my upgrade (already deducted from my Bonvoy points) was refused.
Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I had no choice but to leave and stay at the Ritz-Carlton instead.

Misbah and the Westin Bahrain

A wonderful stay for the F1 race, made even better by the care and service of Misbah, our waiter in the restaurant . His charm and service added immeasurably to our great stay. The hotel is comfortable and immaculate. A visit to Bahrain is very interesting
