Very good

I found the hotel excellent, great service. The room has a good size, everything clean is new. The bathroom has a good size and the shower is excellent. I stayed on a high floor, super quiet. The only thing though is the parking not to be in the same building. The location is wonderful.

Bad experience

It was only a one night reservation, but there are much better hotels in Curitiba for a similar price or even more in account.
Negatives: dirty air conditioning, bathroom ceiling with mold, very small TV, tiny room, pillow that looked like a sulfite sheet of so thin. Old curtain full of dust.
Positive points: breakfast is legal. We asked for better pillows and we were treated.

Well located and honest accommodation

It is a well-located hotel, close to Curitiba Shopping which has several shops and restaurant options, it is also close to Hard Rock Café and for those who like Japanese food there is a restaurant / bar very close to great for dinner, the Oidē. Now regarding the accommodation is an honest room, I have some comments about the unit I stayed, the register was loose, but it is nothing that actually spoils the experience and I hope that my assessment made directly to them is read and this issue is resolved. Particularly I did not like the breakfast, the value of R$42 real charged the part did not compensate for me. For the use of uber for the tourist places, in my opinion, are not high values, on average from 15 to 30 reais off peak hours. Although a rating 3 is not a "great thing", on other trips to Curitiba I will consider the hotel as a accommodation option.

Bad experience

Very deteriorated room and a work in the room above making it impossible to work (lives) and sleep.
In the complaint they changed room and gave me a superior room when entering the room was busy which generated embarrassment.
I went back and they gave me a room on the other floor but I didn't have any excuses or anything like that. Even the service at the reception is very bad and the manager who was there didn't even care about the situation

Nice updated rooms, awesome location. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning crew. They need do not disturb signs. The cleaning folks knocked sometimes at 7:30 am!! They even called me on the phone at one point and hanging up. Besides that amazing stay!
