Great space and location but your cleaners need to do their job!
- Excellent space, top location.
- Responsive for queries.
- Easy to check in
The cons:
- Cleaning - very superficial / poor. We found socks, mouldy food left in the oven, dirty items in the dishwasher, hair on the countertops, and large volumes of dust on window sills.
- The beds are cheaply constructed, chipboard bases, our bed was actually broken and "screwed" together.
- Walls are paper thin within the apartment.
- A heater in the apartment was without its cover, which was dangerous for little children. It was finally repaired on day 3.
This is a great apartment, it just needs better cleaning. Sort this out and this is a 5.

- Very clean
- Spacious
- Decent location
- Generally very well-equipped kitchen
- Bed & bedding's comfort is okay
Cons:
- Soundproofing is average; hearing a certain amount of clunks and thumps from surrounding units
- More importantly, the 2 bedrooms only have curtains as doors, meaning you can hear everything going on anywhere in the loft almost as if you were in the same room - including any snoring or intimate activity going on in the other bedroom across the hallway... I can't understand how this was thought to be a good idea...
- The 2-in-1 conditioning shampoo doesn't have any conditioning power; would've much preferred 2 separate bottles.
- The soap bars last about 1.5 shower each, which isn't a bad thing in itself; however, since you get only 2 of these for the duration of your stay, that means a couple gets at most 2 days worth of soap... Too bad if you're staying for 3-4 days or more!
- Finally, please invest $2/loft to buy a couple of regular-sized ice trays at Dollarama to replace the ridiculously tiny single ice tray provided.
