Rather Basic Hotel
Location-wise is in the outskirt of Seoul city center. There are bus stop within 5 minutes walk that will give you access to the rest of Seoul.
Despite of rather old building, room is clean and not smelly. They provide heated floor, perfect for winter.
Perfect for backpacker.

Older El Cheapo type of motel
This place is far from everything....I would not recommend this to a tourist unless you have a shuttle bust or personal pickup ride ready every day.
It you're a tourist in seoul, avoid it unless you are super tight on budget and willing to travel on a long bus rides to go anywhere.

A clean and cozy place in Seoul.
There is a famous restaurant nearby.
There are good views and convenient convenience stores.
It is not far from the center of Seoul and is easily accessible from anywhere in Seoul.

Korea trip
Just okay for the price but the staff sometimes hard to communicate. Its very convenient for those who join the tour since its one of the pick up point.
