Excellent and a very unusual footpath in nature just around the corner!! Very friendly and excellent transport and early breakfast!

WORST experience. Indifferent staff.

Perhaps the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My wife and I arrived at 4pm for our airport departure early the next morning. We were then advised, for the first time, that the hotel was doing repair work on its water system, and that the hotel had no water. I asked why we weren't advised of this work in advance and was told that an email had been sent to me. (It had not, nor had other guests we spoke to been advised). As we had already returned our rental car, we had no easy alternatives. We were assured, however, that the work would be completed "shortly". At 7pm, the water service had not been repaired, and we were assured, "only 30 minutes more". We went out to dinner. At 9pm, still no water. When I asked how we expected to go to the toilet, I was given a business card and told to send an email to the manager. At 930pm the water was restored. Throughout this ordeal the front desk clerk was indifferent and unhelpful. None of the messages I left the hotel manager were responded to. Shame on the hotel not informing their guests in advance. Aside from the water, the mattress, sheets, and pillows were uncomfortable youth-hostel quality. Apologies to youth hostels. No apologies nor compensation were offered for the lack of water service. Guests can find better alternatives.

My flight was cancelled so I booked this hotel as one of 2two nearest the airport as I recognised the Brand.
Room was comfortable and early continental breakfast was welcome at 5am with warm pastries and coffee to start the day before getting the complimentary shutgle to thd airport.

Clean and confortable. Good breakfast and staff very kind. We went for a family trip and it was a good choice.

Clean, new, restaurant next door is perfectly nice. Good airport hotel.

New hotel, clean with good shuttle service to and from the airport. We always used to stay in a hotel down the road that felt like it was an old mental asylum so this is a major step up for our organisation.
That being said, I had some pretty weird dreams last night in which I was trying to get on a bus in the midst of a massive riot in Bristol. For some reason I had a large bag of footballs with me, which needed protecting at all costs. I did manage to get upstairs on one of the buses leaving, although my shoving my way up the stairs upset a few people.
I could put this weird dream down to eating nothing but protein and a few carbs for dinner (welcome to Basque land) or maybe it is the fact that the room is illuminated by a massive security light by the front door. Do we need that? No.
I did wake up and run a personal best for 15k mind, so sleep wasn’t too bad.
